In addition to the two Högsbo teams, 34 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys U 18. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Högsbo Basket could be found in Group 2 together with TSG Bergedorf Stargazers, Hjemly Basketball Klub 3, BK Amager 1 and Helsingborg BBK.
