Age rule is NOT observed to regional/national differences - players must meet the classifications above.
A player must have been registered as a player in at least one group game to be allowed to play in the playoff games.
A player is only allowed to play with one team per classification.
Should it be discovered that a team has participated with a player that doesn’t fulfill the licensing rules and this player has enter the game in any game for this team the team will be disqualified.
Disqualification of a team
If a team, for any reason, is disqualified from the tournament the following procedure applies: If disqualified during the group play: All results of this team will be nullified and the results of the group will stand with one team less. If disqualified during the play offs with additional games to play: The team will lose the last played game by forfeit, meaning the score will be set to 20-0 for the other team. The other team will advance in the play offs.
Game Procedure
Team rosters should be left no later than 15 minutes before games. If a team has not appeared 5 minutes after a game’s starting time, the present team wins (20-0).
Every player should be able to prove his/her age with identification (preferably with a photo). Any team which leaves the court during a game is eliminated from the tournament.
For every court a game ball will be provided. Teams must bring their own basketballs for warm-up . Time for warm-up on court will not be guaranteed.
Teams are divided into groups with 4–6 teams , playing a round-robin . The two best teams from each group advance to the A-playoff. Team 3–6 advance to the B-playoff. Both playoffs are played as a cup. If two teams have the same points in groups, the order is decided according to the result between the two teams (se below).
If more than two teams have the same points , the order is decided according to:
1. Results between tied teams: a) points b) basket difference c) baskets made.
2. Results from the whole series : a) basket difference b) baskets made
Protests
According to FIBA regulation a team can protest the result of a game if its interest have been adversely affected by:
- An error in scorekeeping, timekeeping or shot clock operations, which the referees were authorised to correct as provided in the FIBA rules and had access to verifiable evidence* available at the time of the decision to correct the error under article 44 (Correctable errors) but failed to do so.
- A decision to forfeit, cancel, postpone, not resume or not play the game.
- A violation of the applicable eligibility rules (licensing rules)
*Verifiable evidence: Since Lundaspelen isn’t played with IRS but all games are recorded it will be considered enough if:
- a team notified the score table AND the referees of the error within the time stated under article 44 (Correctable errors),
- the referees failed to adjust the error,
- the team can afterwards provide evidence that proves, without doubt, that the error occurred
Register protest
Protests must be written and left with the court-official in the arena no later than 15 minutes after the game. The protest fee is 500 SEK and must be paid when filing a protest (the fee is refunded if the protest stands). The jury’s decision cannot be overruled.

Game Rules
U13-U23
Lundaspelen is played according to FIBA rules, except for the following changes.
Game time
Categories U13-23 + WC play 2x15 minutes running time except for the last 3:00 minutes of the second half and overtime periods when stop time will be applied. During stop time the clock will be stopped both if the game is stopped by a referee and if a team scores. The clock will NOT be stopped if the game is stopped by the referee or if a team scores with more than 3:00 minutes remaining and the clock then reaches 03:00.
Throughout the game the clock will always be stopped if a player receives a fourth foul and if for any reason the referee signals for it.
Time-outs
Each team is given one time-out per half. The time-out from the first half may not be transferred to the second half. In the case of overtime, no new time-outs are given but if you haven’t used the one from the second half you may use it during overtime.
After a time-out the clock will be started when the ball is touched by a player on the playing court except if the game is resumed with free-throws. Then, during running time the clock will be started when the shooter gets the ball and during stop time when the ball is touched by a player on the court after the last free-throw.
Substitutions
Substitutions may only be done during a dead ball situation. When the ball is dead the substitute will call for the player he is substituting. Once that player has left the court the substitute may enter the court and become a player. The referee will not call for a substitution, nor hold the ball or delay the game during substitutions.
Penalty for incorrect substitution: First time official warning, second time B-technical foul.

Shot clock
The shot clock is unobserved but the referee can signal for 10 seconds left of the offense if a team, in the judgement of the referee, is deliberately delaying the game or if the ball does not touch the basket in due time.
